Our valuations are based on the information and photos you provide. They are indicative and not a binding offer.

You are under no obligation to accept any offer we make. Our valuations are free and without commitment.
Your Responsibilities
When submitting a valuation request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- Disclose known damage, faults, write-off category, missing keys/parts, and any outstanding finance.
- Confirm you are the legal owner or have authorisation to sell the motorcycle.
- Ensure the motorcycle is not subject to any undisclosed liens, disputes, or legal restrictions.
Collection & Handover
By appointment
Collection is scheduled based on mutual availability and your location.
Safe access
Please ensure safe access to the motorcycle at the agreed time.
Same condition
The motorcycle should be in the same condition as when valued.
Paperwork ready
Have V5C/logbook, keys, and any service history available.
Payment
Payment method and timing are confirmed during the deal process. We typically pay on collection via bank transfer or other agreed method. We may perform identity and fraud prevention checks before completing payment.
Note: Outstanding finance must be disclosed before sale. If finance exists, we may settle it directly with the lender, with the balance paid to you.
Paperwork & Keys
Having the V5C/logbook and all keys makes the process smoother and helps us offer the best price. Missing paperwork or keys may affect the final offer but doesn't necessarily prevent a sale.
- V5C/logbook (registration document)
- All keys (main key, spare key, red key if applicable)
- Service history and MOT certificates (if available)
